Join us for a Baking Masterclass! We’ll cover techniques such as crafting our toffee-flavor-enhancing "bronze butter" as well as the “tangzhong” technique, a method normally used in bread-making but that apply to cookie-making to produce unexpected textures and flavors. We will also demonstrate a cover a savory rolled cookie. Along the way, you will get hands-on practice alongside the authors in this rare opportunity. Join us in celebrating the book release of our second cookbook, Fabulous Modern Cookies, at Cremalosa. Enjoy samples of cookies from the book and support a Decatur small business by treating yourself to owner Meridith Ford’s delicious handmade artisanal gelato. Posman Books will be on-hand selling signed copies of the book. Drinks, including wine, will also be available for purchase.
